NEXT TRAINING: October 22 + 29 and November 5 + 12 from 5:30p-9:30p

This training empowers students to:

• Sharpen your skills for cuing, correcting, and giving adjustments
• Embrace your strengths and passions to design a class that is authentically to keep your classes motivating and fun
• Experience each exercise through a new perspective with an overview of the amazing fascial system.
• Transform the health and lives of your students and yourself through the understanding of the human energy system.
• Become more grounded and stand in the knowing you are of service to each student in your class
• Deepen your own barre or movement practice, even if you don’t desire to teach.
