As expectant mothers, fear, anxiety, excitement, joy and instability are just some of the emotions that can arise daily. During our Prenatal YTT, students learn to support mothers-to-be on their journey both physically and emotionally, all while creating a safe nurturing space of community.

Be prepared to:
  • learn techniques that support the changing pregnant body comfortably
  • create a community of like minded moms-to-be
  • learn safe adjustments, modification, and variations of yoga poses that help expectant mothers feel healthy
  • learn to facilitate a group of expectant mothers with different needs and contraindications
