Michele has been teaching yoga since 2009. She completed her training 500-hour training with the Always-At-Aum Yoga School and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She currently teaches Vinyasa style yoga to all levels but specializes in working with beginners, pregnant women and teaching yin yoga. Michele incorporates all aspects of yoga into her classes, where philosophy, meditation and pranayama exist alongside asana and alignment. Most importantly she does what she can to make sure her students don’t take things too seriously and does her best to keep them smiling and laughing with her light hearted teaching style.
